On the way to work yesterday.

Post by syncrosimon »

It was a good friend and colleagues last day at work yesterday and my wife had baked a nice coffee cake for to enjoy in the office during the day. I couldn't think of a way of getting it safely to work on the motorbike so took the syncro.

It was just a breathtakingly gorgeous morning so I had to take some photos on my phone.

Lovely pics. 3 stops on the way to work with fresh cake on board. How much was left for your work mates?

If I had left a bit earlier then I could have stopped and had a coffee and a nice slice.

I'm quite relieved I don't live with that kind of beauty; how do you ever drag yourself away from it ?

Thank god for the Seasons, couldn't live without them. I personally love the winter. In the summer it is hard not to feel miserable when you are at work on a beautiful day and cross when the weather is "pooh". In the winter you expect the bad weather and it is epic when you get days like yesterday. I enjoy winter extreme camping more also. Summer is over-rated.

I think I want to go light weight now, ie single cab, 110kg trail bike, light weight tent and not much else.
