Reckon your right Andrew buts its worth pointing out that those wont bolt straight on.

Sure I have seen a Tristar with that style of wheel in chrome/steel on in press/promo material somewhere; so maybe VW had a set with the right PCD available at some time. Hens teeth either way!

Must confess to having put a bid on them before I realised that they were 114 pcd! I soon cancelled! But if I had a Tristar ........
