No, I havn't. I have put on a simple window lock, the type which bolts onto a nut using a square shaped key. You have to bend the key 90 degrees to lock it down. Very cheap and has stayed put for the past 4 years.

can you tell me were you got your anti-theft strap from as i cant find it on e-bay , and i have clicked

I have finally got round to making one of these. I got some offcut steel plate (you can get it from ebay cheap too) and I made one for my bike rack. I followed the plan below but obviously I made it so it would fit my van as I didn't trust the dimensions to be exact. I have attached a picture of mine. As you can see it is secured to the tailgate lock then to the bike rack and once the tailgate is shut the lock allen screw cannot be accessed and there is not enough space to access the other two fasteners
