id like to have bigger wheels popping out of the wheelwells.
Though somone warned me the sliding door wont clear too much of a widening outwards..
But..
I inspected the rear hinge of the slidingdoor. it seems to me that if i cut and elongate the spare one i have the rear part of the door should ger further way from the body of the van and thus acomodate phatter tires..
I havent really inspected the full extent or function of the hinge so im not saying IT WILL work..
Its an idea...
So Im just throwing it out here.. any ideas wheter it will work or no?
I got the extra part so im not destroying anything really... might be worth a try?

Re: making space for larger wheels
Mine has this done. Problem is though that My door won't latch back now so I have to use a strap to keep it open when camped up or working on the van.
Cheers
