Hi everyone,
I'm planning on doing some wild camping on Snowdonia in Jan so its going to be pretty cold. I'm looking for advice on what would be a suitable stand-alone heater possibly oil or something but unsure. I dont want to spend loads on it nor risk any poisening either!
Merry xmas to you all
Cheers

I look forward to seeing where you put that

I bring my Mr Heater Buddy when there's no electrical hook up for my 1500 watt space heater. The heater buddy works goor to warm the Westy but you do need to leave a window cracked, as this propane heater is unvented. Never use this heater while you sleep, you don't want to wake up dead, it does have a low oxygen sensor cut off but who wants to be a test dummy?
So there you have it you have the ultra safe options of a tried and trusted separated combustion chamber heater..... propex, eber, webaso etc
Or the other types that rely on you being conscious and alert to the dangers of fire and lethal gas
not that worried really but do have a detector just in case. I keep blaming it for banging head in the mornings when i wake up but in the back of my mind i know its the stella.
