Can anyone tell me do we have to have rear seatbelts for new MOT regs? :?:

You do not need to fit seat belts for passengers in the back.

But, as I didn't want my nearest and dearest passing by my left ear in the event of a collision, the first thing I did when purchasing my van was to fit seatbelts.
