Of course, the temperature, has dropped considerably I bet in the two weeks since you laid it up.
If it is down around freezing, and it isn't even trying to fire, then as Titus suggests, something is probably wrong with the glow plug circuit or the glows themselves.
It really should be trying to fire and that I find confusing, if it is really turning over at a decent rate ?
So try this:
1) Make sure there is plenty of juice in the battery (a day on a slow charge, or preferably put on an intelligent charger and watch the staged progress till tells you fully charged)
2) Hook up a hair-dryer or electric paint-stripper (on low setting), warm up the engine bay near the air-intake, preferably remove cannister filter cap, and put heater blowing into cleaner for a good few minutes...
3) Crank engine and listen for it trying to fire
Should actually start. You should at least get white/grey smoke of unburnt fuel from exhaust.
If not even fire you have a serious lack of fuel, or gyuessing the timing belt has slipped/jumped a tooth or two, or the bottom pulley keyway has become damaged...

I have tried the things you said

Also put hair dryer down air intake for 5 minutes then turned over and just the same
Looks like you were right from the start Titus ( sorry )
thought i better check injectors were still getting fuel
So removed each pipe in turn and put small plastic lid under pipe to see how much fuel was coming out.
And there was only a couple of drops from each pipe after turning van over 2 times each pipe
After i removed injectors pipes last week there was defo fuel coming out each pipe.
was this what was left in pump ?
What do you think i should do now
I am going to get a new fuel filter to see if that helps

Yes, a new fuel filter is a good idea...
If you come across any Peugeot diesels in scrapyards, whip off the in-line siphon bulb they often have.. and fit that in your main fuel line between filter and pump, makes life a lot easier. Use their fuel-line connectors too, which if taken off carefully, are re-usable

No need to apologise.
As Harrymann said, put a new filter on, charge up the battery.
With a freshly charged battery you should be able to bring the fuel up to the pump by winding her over on the starter.
If you're brave enough you can suck on the end of the fuel line to bring the fuel up but do it with caution and with a clean piece of pipe on the end of the fuel line.
I had a similar problem last year, the return lines had perished and were letting air in to the fuel system.
If I parked "a***" up the fuel would drain back to the tank, a right pain that was.
Some people do as Harrymann says and put a Pug fuel syphon and a non-return valve in the fuel line.

Do yourself a favour and fill the new filter with clean diesel before fitting it....this minimises bleed cranking (the time it takes to fill the fuel filter and then bleed the lines.

OK
I changed the fuel filter and put clean deisel in and fully charged battery- checked all fuel lines again to make sure no leaks-and it is still the same-i also released injector pipe again to see if deisel was getting through and it's not
Q. could the fuel cut off solinoid be the problem
If not it must be the pump ?

Yes it is getting 12v
But could it still be fooked ?? ( and if it was would it not allow any fuel through to injector pipes )

You should be able to hear it click open as someone turns the ignition on. They can be faulty.

just an update
sorry for the delay Titus and Harry Mann
I have had the van looked at of a mobile machanic and he thinks the pump is not working ?
So i have bit the bullet and decided to tow it to thompsons fuel injection of blyth northumberland at a cost of £120 for full fuel injection check over 2 hours on monday

And if it is the pump ??? it may cost up to £350


I know its a expensive but i am totally sick and just want it sorted once and forall

Sorry to hear it has come to that... but good luck, maybe they will find something simple and cheap quite quickly, in fact let us hope so!

Update
Just towed van to injection specialist
Thought i would try bumping it when i was being towed and van fired up and was running ok as long as i kept revs up but soon as i tuck foot of revs it would cut out and not start of the key.
Anyway i should find out what the problem is tomorrow
