I fitted a 3" bilge blower in the ducting behind the "radiator" grill. It definitely increases the "blow" onto the windscreen but I haven't got around to lagging the pipes, so it doesn't really de-mist until I've driven 5 or 6 miles. You should be able to get one from any boaty sort of place. Just make sure you fit it the right way and be prepared for 20 years of dust and insects to shoot out your vents.
