decent welder in Sussex area please?

Hi all
My T25 needs the front panel above the front bumper replacing (the 'usual one'!). I have bought a repair panel from Schofields, following advice on here, but that was a year ago and I really need to find a decent place to get the panel fitted properly.
My van is currently hand painted so the spraying part of the job is not an issue.
I am based in Mid Sussex but could travel a few miles for the right venue.
It does seem to be a bit of a minefield out there, when trying to source a genuine and knowledgeable welder.
I know some people do there own, but this is not something I want to tackle - my van's too precious!

Any advice gratefully received...

Personally I trust him to do anything and everything on our beloved bus and he's restored from it the ground up, including eletrics, engine and bodywork. I doubt you will be able to find better all round good egg and skilled VW buff this side of Wolfsburg!!!
