Syncro single cab ?

Post by Jim Hunter »

Hello guys,

Today I saw a 14" single cab that was for sale.
It was imported about 10 years ago w/out engine (diesel) then they strip the truck for repaint but it ends in a barn for 6-7 years ! It has twin difflocks and is a solid truck that has some rust but not a rust bucket still on original paint.
It needs engine, radiator, bumpers, windows glasses and seals, locks, interior and so on...
Any guess about how much it is worth ?

Its worth its weigh in value in scrap metal by the sound of it. As Karl said; everything is unknown.

If you have the skills and have done some research about the availability of all the parts you need to make it a runner you might convince yourself its a project worth doing ?

Rolling wreck, 3-5 hundred Euros maximum. Worth more in parts!

Greece is a great country for Syncros!

Can I reduce my estimate now?

Are there not any runners out there instead? If not, parts would be a 'mare to get hold of anyway.
IMO, Forget it.

:ok

From the pics above I think that body looks quite good and could be worth a few hundred. Lots of work though.

buy it for a couple of hundred, you'll get your money back if it doesn't come together, there's enough parts about to be able to source everything, will take time, longer = cheaper, but shell looks better than a lot over here and it would be a cool and practical vehicle in a rural situation just depends on what engine you go for as to how economic it will be
