Hi there just had mechanic round and my carb is knackered and need a new one asap I have about £50 pos a bit more can someone please tell me what I can replace it with as looking on ebay but dont know what I am looking for anything to get it running by monday will be fine

Unless the carb is cracked corroded or melted it is unlikely there is anything wrong that can't be repaired. What actually is your problem with it?

The guy said that it had internally colasped between the float bowl and the main chamber so fuel was not getting through properly, going to pop out and have a cleen as been told this would not happen so probably just been ripped off

Agree with Bigherb. Nowt to go wrong except throttle spindle wear and Roger refurbs those.
