round headlights adjustment

round headlights adjustment
Had a play with the plastic adjusters today. Does anyone know which way to turn adjustment screws to adjust the height of the beam? Cheers
T25 1985-19D water cooled. owned her for three years now. On second engine, VW Caddy 19diesel.

aha..found out. I've got the bentley dvd. There's nothing not on it. Soooooo, the lower left hand plastic adjuster is for high and low and the higher right hand one is for left or right. God knows how to get a pic on here. It's saved as a pic in ms word after I cut and copied it. When I go to insert or upload it won't let me as it's not an image or media file. I'll keep trying.
