Sliding door

Post by serenitycamper »

Right so I have a 1982 van, well it used to be a van it now has windows in it......grrrrrr. Anyway what years sliding doors will fit as I've been told the later sliders won't fit the earlier vans. Is this correct?

You need to make sure it is an early door, you can tell this by looking at the handle, it is longer than the later ones :ok

Early sliders in good nick are like rocking horse poo. Early panel van sliders are like dodo excrement

Cheaper to just get a piece of steel to the same size as a window

At least it gives you time to look for another door

The thing with stuff for these vans it pays to play the long game
