tap ?

Post by jeffdub »

wonder if someone can give me a bit of advice please ? im taking the sink cooker combi out of my van and want to put a rond sink in the tap on my combi is one thats fitted inside the square sink and fold down into the sink and runs of a 12v pump. Can i put a normal tap on the work surface which im putting the new sink into ? will the pump push the water through or do i need a special tap ? thanks jeff

It depends upon your water system - pressurized or microswitched. Usually on small vans like these the taps are microswitched so the likelihood is that you will need a switched one. Look at you previous one - if the old tap has two wires going to it you will need a switched one.
