Us? Nah, not negative, just giving feedback really Epiphone. Its moderately useful if thats what you actually need but its a whole lot more fun making something from scratch that really is useful. To be fair, the best mods (in my view) are actually solutions to known probs, particularly safety improvements, or recycling something else that would have been binned as a replacement for an existing part.

Having owned all the v-dubs at one time, the neatest thing about them is their simplicity which means theres less to go wrong. Like everything else on a T25, unless a new addition makes a massive improvement or serves at least two purposes, its generally not worth having. Its just extra weight and complications otherwise. Mind you, additional LED lighting for door openings that works remotely could be useful. Guess if it was wired up that way it'd be useful in the dark. Not sure about headlights though.

I admit to at least one bit of bling in the form of a talking alarm. It gets more and more annoyed if a would-be thief ignores its warnings but I see that as an additional security measure. :D

I reckon it would be useful in finding your van in a big car park / show field in the dark ?

Plus you could wire it up to other things than just the lights, like the propex heater or...

Just come across this cheap kit on German ebay. Thought I'd share in case anyone wants one.
