What`s the problem with the ABS, some maybe able to help if you let us know what is the problem?

We had a few vans through with ABS fitted and know a bit and have a complete spare system if you need anything.

Syncro caravelle GL with front/rear difflock. No ABS warning light on start up but after driving about 400m the ABS buzzer goes and then stops and after another 100m the buzzer goes and ABS warning light pops on then rear diff lock light shows up. The rear diff is not engaged but ABS system appears to think this is the case.
The ABS resets when engine turned off and then the same problem re occurs. There is a thread on syncro forum where i have received some fine help, but i have little time to spend under the Bus at the moment and would love to get this sorted. But i also want to engage with whats going on and why???
