Charge cooler pump
The pump on my Pace charge cooled is faulty. A new one is over £100. Does anyone know of an alternative pump that I can use please?

sometimes charge cooler pumps come on ebay second hand - bit cheaper:

Have a look for 12v solar heating pumps.
They are made to run high temperatures and for continuous duty. Ive had one on mine for quite a while now and its still working fine.
You'll need to get some connectors/reducers as the pipe attachments are not the right size for most chargecooler fittings, but its simple enough.
Way way cheaper than anything from the automotive market.

Cheers for the link. Have you noticed any drop in power?
The standard pace pump pushes around 22 L/M. I'm not sure if the drop in circulation would affect performance. Maybe having less pressure would not cool as well because maybe it would not push the water through all of the water ways.

That's funny....? I'm sure i remembered the Pace one being quoted as 12l per min when i looked it up.
I'm no engineer, but the way its been explained to me is that no matter how quick you pump the fluid round the system the temp will eventually even out anyway. It will just even out slower/quicker depending on the flow rate.
It's the size of the Radiator vs size of chargecooler that makes the biggest difference to the overall temperature of the system.
I don't know what temperature my inlet runs at as i don't have any way to measure it, however i do know that you notice a big difference in power when the pump fails as my Pace one did.
After a run my chargecooler is certainly warm to the touch and i have been considering finding a larger Radiator than the pace one i'm running at the moment to see if it cools things down a bit. I'm more inclined to try this first before spending stupid amounts on another pump.

I might be wrong, but it looks exactly like a Bosch Aux water pump to me, which as far as i know isn't rated for continuous duty as its only supposed to be on for a short while after the engine is turned off.
Its a bit of a minefield this chargecooler pump thing, which is why i thought i would try out the cheapest compromise i could find, hence the solar heating pump. You could buy 3 of them for the same price as the Bosch one.
