prestone anti freeze
any one used it?,costco have it for sale 11 quid for 4 litres,it says on the canister that it can be mixed with any type and any colour antifreeze,will be doing an anti freeze change this year and would not mix it anyway,but was just wondering if it was good stuff to use with "our" type of engines,thanks

Just yesterday I drained my system, and then added 8 litres of antifreeze. After searching high and low, and after doing the math on prices I found a good supplier of G12+ Antifreeze (Pink) on eBay. I purchased 10 litres (2x5 ltrs) which worked out almost €60 Euros cheaper that buying 8ltrs from VW locally.

In Canada Prestone is a well known and trusted name. If you said you were adding or needing Prestone to your car everyone would know what you were talking about.
