next the slider, no rot or any other issues, just a smear of filler. the main issue was allignment, I refitted it and the vertical gap at the rear top was 9.5mm

and bottom 5mm

at the front it was 6mm at the top and 9mm at the bottom

as well you can see that the allignment was out in relation to the swage line, most noticable at the top,
I have readjusted to the max on the elongated holes and now have;
top left 8.5
btm left 6
top rht 7
btm rht 8
So I will remove the lower rollers from the door and elongate the 3 holes so I can get a touch more movement, the aperature is 1.5mm wider at the top of the door so it will never be perfect but I would like it to look nearer to the eye and split the difference to 1mm max
sounds a lot of work but its about an hours worth and it would really bug me to leave it
