Thermal mats

Post by Gregvet »

Just Kampers are out of stock of the thermal mats till the end of November at least. No good for our trip in a few weeks!

Does anyone know of anywhere else that does full sets of thermal window mats for the T25? I can only find three piece sets for the front cab only?

Thanks guys!

None on eBay ATM, and this guy only charges £35 so seems pretty good value to me.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but....

We bought eight windscreen thermals from Tesco for £1.99 each, and made up a full set of mats.

So - 1.99 x 8, pair of scissors, sucky pads at about £5, and a couple of hours measuring and cutting = full set of thermal mats for about £20 :)

What were the thermal mates advertised for/as in Tesco?

They're just windscreen mats - can't find them in Tesco online, but they've still got them instore.
Sort of heavy, heavy duty silver bubble wrap, with a black edging - exactly the same as a mates Bongo set.... but much MUCH cheaper.

Also found silver bubble in Wickes for loft insulation, and we'll be using that to lag behind panels before long - but it wasn't as robust as the windscreen mats.

Snap!!!! I just peg them to my net curtain wire for the side windows and use the suckers for the rear and front window. Simples. I did not bother with the driver and passenger side windows though. Worked a treat in that heat wave we just had :ok
