Riviera Heater - instructions

Post by Hoppy »

Hi all,

Have just found a hidden gem in the floor of "Dolly", its a Riviera Gas heater.
However it's not working, anyone know anything about these heaters or can let me know where I can get my hands on an instruction manual in English.

Cheers
Hoppy.

Riviera Underfloor Gas Heater

Post by Mave »

Hi

Can anyone help me, i have recently bought a T25 and it has a Riviera underfloor gas heater.
The heater does not work although it is in good condition, would anyone know of any trouble shooting or what would cause it not to work???
Any help offered would be greatly appreciated as i am off to Scotland in the van for new year and the heater would come in handy

Had one in my Autohomes conversion, trouble is with these units they sit under van so are prone to rusting out. Mine looked good untill I tried to remove it and it fell apart because it had rusted badly. Best check the condition of the unit before you invest any time on it.

Well i managed to get the gas going through to the heater and eventually the spark lit it, but the flames seemed to be around the outside of the heater and i panicked and closed it off. Do you think i may have a dodgy heater that leaks somewhere??? Thanks

Igniter for electrolux 3 way gas fridge

Post by Mave »

Hi can anyone advise me where i can buy a 12V re igniter box for an electrolux gas fridge. The little switch light does not light anymore and no clicking when i press the red gas button to ignite the gas pilot light. I have checked all the wires right through to the fuse box and they are all in tact, i have also cleaned all the connector wires and still no luck. Does anyone know if the re igniter boxes do fail and need to be replaced and if this is likely to be the problem? Many thank :?
