Rear Brake Drums, Shoes, Handbrake Cables etc?

Post by Mickyfin »

Would these fit on my Syncro?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CAMPER-TRA ... 2eb64e6eb0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I sent the seller a message asking, but no reply in a few days, so thought I'd ask you guys.

Thanks in advance!

They will do apart from the hand break cables will be a little long, but they can be routed to make them work, would also cheek on the quality of the components, that price would cover a pair of good quality drums!

They look very cheap....I've changed my shoes twice in the last 3 years not because they wore out but because I couldn't stand the high squeeling noise any longer.
Ended up with PAGID shoes, discs & pads...I occasionally get a squeek on light braking but nothing like the 'double decker' high pitch squeeling I had before.
Worked this out at about £138 in total from Euro Car Parts but PAGID brand as I said.
Just be warned, cheap often means issues like mine.

Thanks Martin, I feel you are right there, as I have had some poor experience in the past with cheap parts. May check out Brickwerks, or try and find that brand you suggest locally.
