where is the best place to jack the front of my van up with a trolley jack to do some work on my van as i dont want to use the original jacking points,pics would be great,thanks dave

Stick yerr trolley jack on the cross member of the Jacking Point then send her up. Then put your Axle stands underneath possitioned on the afore said Cross member. Then Fannys Yer Aunt,
Havent really worked out yet how to get Piccys up on2 the Forum as I still use a Brownie 127--------------

Me thinks his jp's are suspect (mot will soon confirm)with the vw jack . but its ok to use the chassis outriggers as said above,

B&W film, process yerself, scan negatives; see, easy

front jacking points arent a fail on the mot.
there must be some pretty big holes if the jacking points fail!
