Re: Help - how do I drive without a clutch?
Well I once drove a car into york with a hitchhiker and the clutch let go, so he exited at his stop as we were still moving slowish,
yes you can, but try starting in 2nd and leaving it there , changing up a gear is not too bad but back down is not much fun ,
5 miles , ok plan the driving and switch off /stall to stop and restart the same way.
well you did ask and I wouldnt hesitate to do it.

Re: Help - how do I drive without a clutch?
I've tried keeping it in second and it's got me 9 miles, now I can't get it in any gear at all so I think we're buggered. I've just called a local taxi to tow us into the site, the AA can flat bed us back on Sunday.
