Does anyone know of the availability of retrofit electric window kits for a 1982 T25??
Cheers

Re: Electric windows retrofit
There are some, including Italian ones that cost a fortune. The alternative is to find door panel mounted motor ones that fit Beetles as the winder stub is the same. Thats what I have in mine. Were about £7 (new, old stock) on bay of fleas but don't come up often.

Or go for one of the el cheapo universal set like I did.
29 yoyos all in, about 2 hours to install and still working after 4 years.

Re: Electric windows retrofit
I fitted the cheap universal ones a couple of months ago, a doddle to fit, make sure that your existing winders work freely and are well lubricated, they are a little bit on the slow side but at least you can open the passenger window without swerving about on the road
