Really enjoyed looking at your pictures and the first video, it has inspired us to plan our trip for next year. We would have gone away this year, but we have just had our second child. Any tips on how to plan a trip on this scale would be gratefully received.

This is great, thanks Jed. I'm thinking of taking a trip to Croatia next year but judging by my AC van's record over the 12 months I've owned it, it would probably fry itself before I could get down to Istria.
Did you drive the coastal road all the way down, or take the motorway? I've driven the road all the way down to Omis, that´s some drive.
Looking forward to seeing the next part, will you be showing lake Bled?

We drove the coast road with all the loony drivers over taking us on blind bends
Its bloody hot in there when we went so unless your van is really good on hills and in 45*C+ heat you might want to think about going earlier or later. Lake Bled is i the next one
