electrics
We have just acquired an old T25 camper. recently used the elec hook up for the first time, fridge worked fine but the interior lights didn't work. The plug socket seemed to work but we weren't sure if that was operating from the battery.
All the trip switches were on and in the panel above all the glass fuses seemed to be fine although there was some corrosion on a couple of the clips which we cleaned. Am I being really stupid or is there something simple I didn't do? Any help to fix would be much appreciated. many thanks.

Re: electrics
Most of the time it's pretty simple stuff, like checking the fuses and wires. I used a car bulb with crocodile clips and a long piece of wire to check the continuity from the battery to the panel and the appliances. This showed that I had a broken wire from that battery to the panel.
Perhaps it might help if you provided the camper conversion and the type & model of control panel for your electrics.

Re: electrics
Were the interior lights 230v or 12v?
hook up is AC and battery is DC and as you can see, they are completely different.... And never mix or meet.
For instance a 12v bulb cannot be powered directly by 230v or vise versa.
Disconnect your batteries and see what works hooked up
disconnect the hook up and reconnect the leisure and see what works.
Those fuses were for the battery leisure electrics
230v would not have fuses it has an RCD or trip box.
