This may be a silly question!! My wife has a semi high top with a roof rack section on the rear of the van, is there a box that fits into this space?

Yeah thats the space I'm talking about!! Her van has got a 4 sided rail on top, is there a box manufactured to fit into it??

Suspect we have the same top and rail - I have been looking for the same. I haven't managed to find anything online yet but saw a pic of one somewhere with a really nice box which fitted perfectly. Sadly I can't find the pic again.
