Power steering

Hi guys


Can anybody point me in the right direction of where to get some new copper sealing washers that fit either side of the banjo bolts for the pressure and suction lines on the power steering pump. Mine have perished and i have a small leak. I need 2 but 4 would be good while i have the thing in bits.

Any help would be much appreciated

N 013 844 4 x2 36p plus vat each and N 013 832 6 x2 40p each plus vat

You can get them from VW
But they are standard copper washers you need 2 of 18x22x1.5mm and 2 of 16x20x1.5mm

They have a rubber seal in the middle though!

vw ones don't have a rubber seal - that's a dowty seal - previously used because someone didn't go to vw for replacements and the sizes are not common

Went to VW and got some today completely diffrent to the ones fitted to my pump. Like you say they fitted diffrent ones rather than get originals. Thats what through me off.

will fit them tomorrow
