Low Coolent Light Flashing

Hi all, Can anyone help with following issue... the low coolent light is flashing, i have replaced the low coolent sensor in the water tank and relay fuse 42, as 43 no longer avaliable. when i turn the ignition key she flashes then go out, however as soon as i start her up she then starts to flash again..
Has anyone got any advice in what to replace next, or what to do....

the blowers dont work either, but when the engine runs it doesn't overheat which i guess is a good sign i guess. Are there any local members in the leicester area who are electricaly minded and are willing to offer some support for a newby. I always like to return favours.
