table floor base

Post by twindub1 »

Hi all, does anyone know the height of a table base for the floor. Rather than having to drill a hole in the cargo floor, the other option is to fit a surface one :?:
what has everyone one else done :?:
Cheers

How deep does the hole have to be Kev? I assume you only have to cut into the baseboard and not the bodywork?

Thinking of fitting one myself.

Cheers. :ok

the hole has to be 50mm depth... so either you raise your floor with wood batterns then hardboard to allows for depth , or you cut hole in cargo floor.

Standard hole saw does it easily.
Once fitted a liberal spraying of chain grease seals it up

You can do a surface job by using the same fitting the pole goes into as the table itself. Downside is it looks cr@p and pokes up so you'll be constantly tripping over it....................
