You haven't read what I wrote then... :D

it's controlled by the bi metal spring in the choke housing (No 28) on the schematic

i think it was just a bit jammed up kev , i took off the choke housing thing to see the thermo sring thingy , pushed and prodded the lever while holding the throttle open . put it all back together and she started a treat , reving higher than normal but then going down after a short warm up :)

will get in touch again soon for a gear stick problem , but for now im off for a drive :)

It's supposed to rev higher when cold
thats the cold start fast idle... Which is working.
