surf rack

hi i am planning to put a surfboard rack on the side of my high roof.
gonna use standard clamps on gutters and use screw fixings on the westy roof .( already there)
so im looking for any good pics or info from any one who has done this.

Just a word of warning then if your fitting brackets to the roof
surfboards mouted outside are like wings they want to take off.
The forces involved at high speeds will rip a board off if poorly secured to it.
similarly the board holding brackets on the GRP roof should secured with a spreader plate inside the roof or the risk of the bracket being ripped from the roof is increased.

I made my own from scratch using unistrut and stainless steel, the unistrut is bolted to the roof and has 6 inch square ply wood plates one for each bolt! then my j bars (stainless steel) slide into and attach to the unistrut!
