As a family we need to declutter a bit, as we're carrying to much stuff for the layout we have, but we know now whats needed/not needed (can see some MSR stuff arriving) and maybe find a way of storing more water.
And after driving a lot of motorway miles, i think the final drive needs to be changed, as i'm lorry fodder at the moment.
Vid to follow this week sometime

Ya gotta love those 6.16 diffs :rofl
Upping the ratios should be reassuringly expensive: full driveline rebuild plus 2 cw/p sets  but then again you should be able to drag your house to somewhere safer until things quieten down...
Everything alright there? Wanna hire a mad labrador to keep the rioters away?

 apparantly going on all around us, but cant hear or see it :?
As for the gearbox, not too sure at the moment. If i change the final drive and keep AAZ it will be better on the motorway, but not as good off road. I could just lengthen 3rd and 4th gear, i'd be happy getting 3500rpm at 60ish mph which would be a drop of 1000rpm.
These both obviously involve an gearbox rebuild, and i do have a 1Z sitting on the drive, so could rebuild the box to suit that, and fit that engine. Then sell the AAZ (only 80tho') sell the 6.17 final drive, apparently worth a fair bit, to offset the cost.
Still got to get that table leg to you, are you around this week?
