any help with the way to wire a rad fan chicken switch '87 2.1 westy syncro ....thanks
in too deep to quit now....

You need a very good high amp relay that will bridge out the switch look on a wiring diagram and it will come clear, I did mine onto the 2nd speed (fastest)

thanks for the reply......but i don't know what all that means!......do you mean a spotlamp type relay? would yopu mind being a bit more spacific please.......thanks again

I just got a thermo swtch that comes on first speed at a lower temp.

Remember this...

the radiator temp is NOT indicated on the gauge.

If the engine cooling has a problem fitting a switch ain't gonna help
if there is a problem with the first speed not working fix it dont bodge it
