Zig unit install question

Post by ben50 »

Hi All,

hopefully an easy question.

I'm currently installing a Zig CF8 into my homebrew camper, have got to the leisure battery connections and was about to connect the negative battery post to the chassis with an earthing strap, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the Zig manual about this. should I just leave the connection from the negative straight to the zig or does it need grounding to the chassis too? Hope that makes sense!

Cheers,

Ben
