alloys

Have just bought a set of Caravelle alloys for my high top.

They came with good 205/70 R14 95H tyres on. Will they be ok on my camper, or should I fit the 195R14's I have on there at present.?

The Steels are 5 1/2" the Alloys are 6".

Thing that really matters is the load rating (weight carrying limits of the tyre). It been discussed heavily here already. I use 15" 195 tyres on merc steel rims. Tyres are a little under the recommended load rating but I never have any weight on board anyway.
