We are off to France next weekend. But beware - we will be waving at all the T25s we see so if you see a T4 Autosleeper Gatcombe with a mad woman waving at you, it's only me so please wave back!

I am off to France too,
Leave sometime between the 6th and 10th. Heading for wine region then to Biot in the South to collect my paddleboard. Then oddly enough I am going paddle boarding.
Cant wait.

A few weeks back I was thrown out of the pool on the campsite where we have our mobile home (Cap Soleil) Isle d'oleron. I was wearing boxer style swimming shorts but I got collared and made to change into "budgie smugglers". I knew the pool attendant was trying to collar me but it took him 10 minutes at least cos everytime he approached me I swam off ......... eventually like a panting bird he caught me though

Stayed there last year, it's fabulous!! The Grand Village Plage is really good. Try La Palmere zoo whilst you are there - fantastic!!
Ohh, and don't forget the sun tan lotion, it gets very hot

We are heading off to here:

on the 10th for ten days.
Going to drag an '86 Dandy Dart tailertent to lose the kids in - got to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen (Google it...).

Well - it was all over too soon! Children had an awesome time, the memory foam topper meant mum slept well, the porta potty was incredibly useful and we visited some great places and camped at an excellent site.
La Rocher beach is a great location, Puy du Fou is not to be missed and the Fortress and village of Chinon are great for a bit of family friendly culture - and cakes.
Hulky - never saw your post until too late - sorry!
And finally.…
1800km in all, van never played up at all and the worst bit?
The roads from Portsmouth home!
Now where to go next!
