Aircooled Auto

Post by SeasideVanagon »

Saw an Aircooled Auto on Ebay - never seen one before. I know the Bay was offered with auto.

Does anyone here have one or have they driven one? Would be curious to know what they are like to drive. Do they use the same autobox as the later T25's?

My Devon is air-cooled and automatic.

Are they rare then? How exciting a collectors item

How it drives not really my specialized subject,, but it goes fine and judging by the number of people who walk straight in front of it in car parks the engine is almost silent.
