Cayton bay / Scarborough??
Our normal site is full has anyone got any recommendations, we want to surf so it doesnt have to be close to a town. Or an emergency wild camping spot if we get really stuck??

What about on the sea front at North Bay......it was free to park there from 6pm to 9am.
It is possible to overnight in the Cayton Bay car park itself,next to the surf shop.
Be aware though that if a local reports you,you will get moved on.
Saying that,a friend of mine camps there regularly and he's never been moved on....

Just down the road..filey brigg campsite, run by council, not too expensive..
Mmm what's that strange smell from my exhaust...
