Carbs ?????
Had my T25 for six weeks and Im gradually getting through the things that need doing, bodywork is sorted , replaced some fuel pipes, new HT leads ... Now Im trying to work out what is making it run so bloody terrible
Forgot to say it's a 2.0 air cooled , here are the symptoms ... It starts on the button and revs freely and if you pull slowly it's smooth ... But when you floor it it kind of stutters and pulls back , would I be right in thinking it could be a blocked main jet
your thoughts please as it's costing me an arm and a leg in petrol

Re: Carbs ?????
Check the fuel filter under the van and the timing first.

Re: Carbs ?????
hesitance and stuttering on acceleration is an air leak on the inlet side.
