I have P195/75 R14 tyres on my T25 but have no idea what the correct tyre presure should be and can not seem to find the answer anywhere.
Anyone have an idea?

You have P195/75 R14 tyres on your T25. Two questions spring to mind:-
1) What does the ''P'' stand for?
2) Are your tyres ''C'' rated? ie. ''C'' = Commercial, which are 8-ply tyres able to take the weight of a T25. The load rating should be something like 104-102. The last few characters in you tyre size should read ''R14C''.
Regarding the tyre pressures, anything less than 40 psi would seem low for the front & very low for the rear on a T25.

The sticker in the van is where Id look
your tyre is practicaly the same volume as the OE tyre
