Snapped sensor!!!!
After all the fun trying to get my temp gauge working, I decided I would change temp sender and glow plug temp sender as my last resort even though I had already put new ones in months earlier. To my amazement the glow plug light now goes off after a few seconds. So I then go to change the temp sender and snap leaving the bottom half still in the bracket on the engine head!!! Anyone got any clever ideas how to remove it!!

Good question, can you put a picture up ?
might be easier to give you some solutions if we can see whats left in the hole
