flasher help please

Early devon camper,

Sprayed her then......

Left indicators flash %25 faster, right indicators flash %50 faster than normal. Hazards work fine, all bulbs are working too, , any ideas any one? It's got its first mot in 5 years this week

correct wattage/voltage bulbs, cleaned all the earths up???

when i sprayed it the only electrics i disconnected was the front indicators, ive checked the earths they are fine, the bulbs worked fine before showing they are the correct wattage/voltage

by disconnecting the front bulb holders you may well have changed the resistance , one side more than the other.

clean the connectors up both on the bulbholder and the end of the wires , chances are its corrosion ( or paint / filler/ grinder dust) at the lamp itself.

And don't rule out fuses. They can look fine until you remove one and it falls apart. They too can develop resistance. Had that arise a few times.
