Heat Exchangers and Pod

Hi,

I'm looking to get rid of the heat exchangers and the heat transfer pods on my exhaust (No need for the heat exchangers at all, unsure if the pods are necessary) on my 1.6CT.

Can I use the standard J Tubes from a T2 Bay instead of the heat exchangers and what are my options if any regarding the pods?
