It has had new heads so don't think that is the problem. The valves on cylinders 2 & 4 have about half the amount of lift that the valves on the other two cylinders do. Those two cylinders valves are also run off the same lobes on the camshaft, so unless all 4 lifters have gone faulty, we think the cam is shot :(
