How do you go about stripping the seat cover and padding off a caravelle back seat?
Is it just a case of undoing all the twisted clip things (are they called hogrings?) to remove the cover? How is the foam held on?
I want to modify the seat frame on the base of the seat (to add some mounts for a kick board etc) but as they are going to need welding on (then painting) i think it'd be a good idea to strip the cover and foam off beforehand to reduce the damage from welding/grinding.
