1.9 to 2.1

Post by Tony Tone »

Hi, thinking of replacing my tired 1.9 DG with a 2.1 from a T25 that has a very good engine, will it go straight in ?, will all my 1.9 ancillaries fit onto it , water punp etc etc ?

Did look into the alt engines forum but guess it's not really an alternative engine kinda question.

Your '83 DG should be early system ... all 2.1s are late system unless previously modified. Lots of good info we've accumulated if you search :ok
