are they unique to 16" or is it just a matter of working out girling or ATE?
If they are standard T25, what ones do i have? i thinking they look like girling
cheers
how easy is it to remove the front pads? Any special tools needed? And am i likely to break anything, as i just wanted to check them. Getting an itch to maybe fit new pads, rear shoes and a fluid change.
no special tools needed, apart from a 46mm socket and a scaffold tube, fronts just need to remove the caliper to change the pads, just worth looking that all your bleed nipples are in tact for bleeding. i recon that break fluid and the coolant are the 2 main sevice items that people forget about,

Whats the 46mm socket for Neil .......... ??
he said rear shoes, just finishing the thought and i am questioning my self but i cant rember if the 46mm nut on the stub axle holds the drum on or not, some one will confirm this (or not).
lloydy wrote:no, just two little bolts hold the drum on.
and 20 square inches of rust usually, 46mm socket is often required if they've not been apart in a while, especially o syncros that get wet, easier to remove the hub and drum then bray the hub off the drum
