Timing inspection cover - jx

hello all

my inspection cover has gone missing - i read elsewhere that this isnt serious although i imagine a stone flying in there (or a dropped screw ) might do some real damage. I understand these are no longer available - has anyone found a decent alternative/replacement ?

I think rust/moisture is the biggest problem no I haven't found one yet, breakers are the best bet.
